Peter Serafinowicz on Media Theft
Link at pic despite blogger's new suckish interface - also here
I'm a big fan of this guy and his "bad habits" are no less than what I would expect from any self respecting British comedy production perticipant. From Gizmodo. Peter Serafinowicz: "Torrenting is probably too hassle-y for the average viewer: Installing Transmission, VLC, perhaps re-encoding to watch on my TV—but I'm pretty techy (ok, a geek) and have been doing this for years. ......................In the meantime, I'll be suing myself for pirating my own show. And I'm pretty scared, because I have an amazing lawyer."

30,000 Troops Later, Funny, But Depressing
In the Loop, directed by Armando Ianucci, follows the "climbing the mountain of conflict" pretty much as Vince Bugliosi describes it in The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder: via ignoring facts and revising reports, all in the name of power. And now we're diving back in.....so, uh, it's still relevant, maybe......!
P.S.: Interesting population of cast as well.....

R.I.P. Bea Arthur
As a kid, I wasn't allowed to watch MAUDE because my parents thought it was too controversial, which only made me want to watch it more. I became a big fan of Bea Arthur and even enjoyed her work in GOLDEN GIRLS. In memory of her more scandalous times, here's a video of Bea and the Rock singing about recreational drug use.
