A possibly inebriated Batman (Adam West in cowl and sweats) visits the WHBQ studios in Memphis while in town for a boat show or something. He's there to confront the EVIL King of Memphis, Jerry Lawler, who comes out dressed as Superking. Surreal.
I can believe that "they" wouldn't let him wear the full costume, but would they let him present himself as "Batman?" Were the car show organizers advertising "Batman" or "Adam West" as their guest? Either way, I'm suprised he and Lawler didn't end up in the ring -- or did they?

West shows up in mask and gloves and bags the rest of costume in favor of warmer, less dopey ski jacket
Where's boy Wonder???
They probably wouldn't let him wear the "official" costume - hence the cheapie substitute!
