I've seen it. It's actually a remake and not a sequel. If you notice, they only use a few bars of the theme song so as not to violate copyright. Directed by the same guy that brought you that gem "The Garbage Pail Kids Movie".
Oh man, I saw this one - its hung-over '60s antics felt like waking up the morning after a big party and finding one guest who never left dancing on your furniture knocking over drinks and mashing Cheet-os into the upholstery.
Didn't Jerry Lewis play a character named Fred C. Dobbs around then? What's up with that?
