I love Schlitzie. One of my favorite scenes in Freaks is when the woman has them on a picnic and the "normal" people are horrified. I could always see myself as that woman, rather than a suburban soccer mom!

I'm sure there's a Donna Lethal in another dimension who takes care of Freaks during the day and freaks out on LSD at night. I've known a few but none of them were called Donna.
Just the other night I was running across the street and I said, "everytime I have to run across the street I feel like Mimsy Farmer in 'Riot on Sunset Strip'!"
I think you're just thinking of the 1980s Donna Lethal.
