I tivo'd this last night on TCM. How on earth I'd never seen it before is beyond me, because it's got everything: huge hair and wiglets, outrageous eye makeup, bad overdubbed dialogue, silver go-go boots, bald villains in trashbag-fabric capes, sexy Franco Nero (in a supporting role), freaks, bad models of "space," and lots of lamé (on both sexes.)

I am SO desperate to see this film now! If for no other reason (and there are SO many other reasons), I want to find out why they fuse a male and a female and come up with clones of Yul Brynner.
oh, the new-wave Yul clones are already at work before the "fusion." (I won't spoil the end for you.) The mad scientist looks just like the bearded director/queen in "The Producers," too!
