He has been very active still doing reading etc and a one man show now and then. I loved Dark Shadows... I wish is was still being shown somewhere I could see it!
the pacing of the old talk shows is really amazing. in today's idiocracy, the entire interview with frid would've been shorter than merv's drunken/uninformed introduction.
I was actually thinking how great the interview was and how this is how a talk show should be done. BTW I have the original LP still with the posters of Barabus and Quentin :)
Dark Shadows was so ALL over the place at that time(just like the Twlight stuff now)yet a glimpse of Frid on anything other than the Soap was a rare thing.
V-l: The first two seasons are available on-demand via netflix! I watch them all the time. They're only 20 mins long (?!) ... It makes me want to own the rest. I don't know how, but there was a HUGE Dark Shadows reunion here and I didn't even know about it.
